3yrold stomach pain

Hi everyone, i wonder if anyone would have some insight in this. My 3yold son has been suffering from stomach pain for the past yr. Weve taken him doctors lots of times, done intolerance tests a few times as they initially did it wrong ( we all know how long you have to wait for all this process) now were seeing a gastric specialist tomorrow.

My son constantly pushes his belly in and at times jumps up in agony, especially at night or when hes realaxed, in car, lying down. Putting him to sleep has become a mission. He wants to lie down on our heads, elbows, clenched fists. Anything that will push his belly in. I know this is crazy and we just cant wait for test after test with no results.

We took him to A&E yeaterday and doc suggests no sign of serious medical issues. He thinks its IBS. My son poos daily, he passes lots of wind and eats normal. Sometimes runny sometimes hard but goes about 1 or 2 times daily. Were seeing a herbalist on saturday. They take a hair sample and test for 680 intolerances.

Im just wondering has anyone come across anything similar to this? Were pulling our hair out and have had many argyments with doctors. i.e. its not ibs, its not bug, its not stomach migraine etc. He hasnt had a CT scan, ultrasound or even an xray yet. Although tomorrow wel be demanding it! Weve also taken him private amd they gave him medicine for worms.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I'd post this in Children's Health as opposed to Newbies Corner. You'll get more 'traffic'
