Just thought I’d share my experience with this company, should anyone else be thinking of sending a parcel anywhere...
Worked in logistics for some time now and Hermes are by far the worst carrier I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with some of the biggest and well known, to some of the lesser known and received a lot better service.
Poor communication
Poor customer service
Poor tracking systems
Poor all round service
Avoid this carrier if you want goods delivered from A to B successfully
