Cooked lemons in food

Hello. I have a food related question. I cooked a chicken pie (with mash on top) and it had a bit lemon rind in the pie. There was a 2kg chicken and other stuff plus less than half a lemon rind. I gave it to the baby and she ate the mash and bits of chicken but no actual rind. Is this likely to upset her? I hadnt realised they couldnt eat lemon. And i am not sure she has actually eaten any (the chicken tasted a bit lemony but not too much). Basically i am panicking a bit and wondered if this had happened to any body!?
Thanks. Xx
