Milk change

So my LO is 6 weeks 5 days old I started her on Aptamil 1st milk but she was getting really constipated 3 days ago I changed her to Aptamil Comfort milk as recommended by my HV her pops have changed to a more runny dark green colour with a foul smell and as of last night she's started being quite sick. Has anyone else had this when switching milk ? Should o change milk or will these symptoms (the sickness especially) wear off as her digestive system adapts ? Thanks in advance

Does she have any other symptoms OP for instance mucus in her poo?

No, no mucus it's just dark green with little seedy bits in. I've read this could be down to added iron in the food. She's not gone if her food and still has a good appetite

Much better in herself thank you :) keeping her feeds down now and she's started to smile and giggle so hoping her system is getting used to it
