I am presently going through the courts to get custardy of my girls. The father is on the birth cetrtifivate so has equil rights. I have been told by cafcass that the court have not asked them to comment on 'lives with' only on safeguarding and resuming contact. i have called to court to ask what is to be done about this issue but they said i can only write in and express my concerns. Cagcas said they are the ones who normally make this recommendation. Has anyone else been in a similar situation. What to I write? I am representing myself. I am worried that if I don't get 'lives with mum' then he can take them away from me and I have no legal rights.
