I am new to this but saw that a couple of people were asking about celebrants and naming ceremonies in the past.
I am a qualified Independent Celebrant based in East Sussex and am happy to try and answer any questions you have about what a qualified Independent Celebrant can do and the sort of ceremonies you can have.
These days many people want their children to make up their own minds about religion so do not want a formal "Christening" but do want to have a ceremony to welcome their baby/child/children into their family and this is where a celebrant can help.
