Baby bowel problems. Please help

I have a 15 week old baby and I'm not sure her bowel movement are normal. She poos roughly once a day to every 2days but they are always very runny and can explode out of the nappy.
She is bottle fed, sleeps really well hardly cries and seems generally a very happy baby. No other problems to add to the runny poos, like fever etc and ìts not like what i would class diarrhoea to be like.
All web pages with questions similar are all the baby is unwell aswell or going more then once a day.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My DD is 5 months now and poos every other day but from birth till about 4 months, I swear she would do one explosive poo a day which would breach the nappy and result in a complete change. I think that’s just how some babies are until their bowels/guts mature a bit.
I will add that mine was mixed fed from bottles and it did firm up when I stopped giving EBM at 4 months.
