Hi long story short..I want to leave my partner after 35 years Never married but joint mortgage even tho he's always paid it as I was busy bringing up our 5 kids! Our youngest is 17 now & no longer in education as works full time. My question is can my partner refuse to sell the house until our only child left at home now is 18? Ty
