My son and daughter were given forms for flu nasal spray, let me tell you guys, read up on this before letting your child have this, my 6 yr old son had this last yr, 2 day after he was rushed to hospital with phneumonia where he spent 10 days. I will never ever allow my 2 young children to have this again, I have 4 other grown sons who never had this vaccine and they were fine. Please read what is in this vaccine, it's shocking!
