I am selling house and due to some legal errors 12 years ago my lawyer is applying to get possesionary title on part of the land my house which was new build is on
If she applies now will the -12 years you need to gets a absolute titlestart then or will it be from the day I bought it 12 years ago
She is trying to back date it to the purchase date
I want to sell and had to rent it out and can't think of living in it or 1: more years
