Newbie acronym confusion

New to mumsnet and am confused by all the initials and acronyms used in posts. Is there an easy way to understand what everyone is on about???!

Thank you for the info, I'm new but have often used mumsnet in the past for various, online assistant and its always been a great help. it was thanks to mumsnet I knew I had gall stones and not a heart attack!!!!! Bloody painful btw
