Hi everyone - hoping that someone can shed some light for me. I am looking at rentals in Hertfordshire. Looking at the fine print, the adverts say (for eg) 2000 pcm in rent, but then 350 per week in fees. Is this standard? That nearly doubles the cost of the rental??!! I haven't rented for a long time but am staggered that such massive fees would be loaded on top of the monthly rent. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks
