Hi, I am new to mumsnet. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on early rising? My 8 month old wakes around 5am each morning - she does sleep through from 7am which i am really grateful for and seems to have 2 decent naps (around 1-2 hours each) Are there any tips anyone has for encouraging sleep nearer 6am start? Have tried black out blind, treating as night waking, not going in until 6 unless hot weather etc. Many thanks
