Hi ,it's took me ages to join you ladies .hope you're all ok tonight ..I'm wondering do any of you have such bad anxiety that it almost stops you going to work as all your biggest anxiety triggers are there and does propranolol 40mg 3X a day help whilst at work xx

Write down your triggers. Address your fears and try to gain control over the situation. This means you may have to put in some homework to overcome these. Let me know how you get on. You need to get propanolol prescribed by your doctor. Regards

I had such severe anxiety that I couldn't work for many, many years. Eventually I got CBT and it changed my life; I'm a fully functioning adult now.

Definitely look into it; if you put the work in it will do wonders for you.
