Cat is biting me!

Hi, I am new and don't know how to use this site.
I signed up because I saw a post online about a cat attacking someone's arms - and actuall picking a fight.
This info could save many cat's lives for being mean and put to death!
My cat did this, then later looked foolish and didn't know why the hell he did that. He didn't - he lost his temper because he had needs not met by me.
My cat was FRUSTRATED! HE COULD NOT TELL ME, SO HE RIPPED UP MY ARM.
If I repeatedly had stuff in my chair and he wanted to lay next to me but couldn't get close to me. That was the BIG ONE! He is a very loving Feral I rescued, fotered and adopted. Or I had neglected his cat box too long. Or his fishbowl was too low on water for him to get a drink - with out straining his neck.
First and foremost {{NEVER PULL AWAY WHEN A CAT GRABS A BITE!}} Just freeze. OK, now I know that sounds insane. If you pull away the cat will sink teeth and claws in deeper.(This is Prey Instinct. When a mouse struggles, a cat automatically clamps tighter to prevent escape.( And the weird kicking with the back feet? Called Rabbit Kicking, here in the USA.)
I don't know who posted that post about their cat. Maybe you can point them to this post if you know who it was.
When I make sure Ashes has his basic needs are met, no more bloody, arm ripping. Some people will put a cat to death for that. I have fostered many Feral kittens and if they bite and you hold still, they will let go without "napeing" them. (Unless the animal is OUTSIDE and can get away!! Then I hold on to anything I can, so I don't need Rabies shotd. I live in central California, USA and Rabies is a very real possibility.

My cat Ashes gives kisses on request. I would say, " Kisses, give kisses", and he let's go and gives kisses - to the arm he was killing. And my nose.
It is allowing the cat to gain their control it has lost - without yelling, hitting and withdrawing your love.
A note to people that have cats: (OR OTHER ANIMALS.)
EVERY YEAR ANIMALS DIE IN FIRES BECAUSE THEY PANIC AND HIDE WHERE THEY CAN'T BE FOUND OR BE REACHED.
My cat is trained to come to me when the smoke alarm goes off. ( OK, now I sound crazy. I used the same sound as mine and downloaded from the computer, I would play it at random like a family fire drills. Ashes got his favorite treats when it sounded. It did not take long for him to run to me for a reward.
I apologize that this is so long, but cat bites ate very serious because of multiple bacteria in a cat's mouth. So I feel it is an issue that must be addressed at length. Plus, teaching an animal to come when a fire alarm sounds the same way children are taught fire drills.
If you contact me, I only have this phone and I am almost out of data. I am trying to get internet soon. I will answer as soon as I possibly can.
