Pain in left leg before menstration

I have had this for years,just put up with the ache.Any ideas what it is?

Don't know but I get a mild SPD just before my period each month, apparently that's when the relaxin hormone peaks. Is it a joint ache? might be an old injury?

Just weird how it starts before period!

It's more like muscle ache and it affects both of my daughters in both legs - I think it's probably natural so wouldn't worry too much.
