Just joined, mainly to get advice on cooking rather than parenting as all 'children' now middle aged and married. I see there is a film section so will enjoy contributing to that.
BTW if anyone wants to look at my nickname history they will see a couple of previous nicknames. None of these have been used to post. They were the result of my inept attempts to get a decent nickname, spurred on by all the weird, wacky, wonderful and witty names already in use (Victor Meldrew, all Dad's Army and Hitch-Hiker's Guide are spoken for 
). Not to mention some that are downright obscene.
