How do you delete a ppost you've created in the app?

Generally you can't.

If you're really worried that you've put something identifying in your post you can click report and explain to MN why you want to report. It's up to them whether they do so give them as much explanation as possible.

Report your post, link from three dots bottom right corner of open post on mine, and request a deletion.
