New and spotty

Hello MN,
Lurked for a bit and now posting. I am in mid 40s and have recently begun to suffer spots on my chest which make me horribly self concious. Not bad enough to go to doctor - would feel wasting time. Anyone got any miracle spot cures?

Hi could be heat rash canistan or a 2% antifungal cream.
Also dove soap ph balanced soaps creams n perfume.
If it persists check ur diate.n also ph balanced foods.u can actually grow a cheese alagey.
Just a hunch.

Thank you! I do use dove and really gentle moisturiser. Will look at perfume and try the cream.
