Hello :) I didn't realise there was a newbies' corner. I post sometimes, mainly on an ongoing support thread. I mostly lurk as when I post I often seem to kill threads

Pippistrelle I must admit AIBU is my all time favourite place to lurk lol as soon as I get my MN daily e-mail with the most popular threads I am there like a moth to the flame...it's my little guilty pleasure every day haha!!
Whatwould that made me LOL I too am a threadkiller, hence the lurky behaviour

Newbie here, trying to navigate round the site. Finding it hard, don't know how to start a thread or anything. Hope I get the hang of it!!!

Chilli go to the Topics page (or click Topic in the dark blue bar across the top of the thread) and choose the topic you'd like to post in. Then at the top of the list of threads in that topic, there's a link to Start a new thread within this topic.
There are also quick links to Start a new thread in this topic on the top and bottom of individual threads.
To comment on this thread you need to create a Mumsnet account.
