🌱 Nursery Room Leader – North West London | July start
Hello everyone,
I’m helping a brand‑new Ofsted‑registered nursery in NW London recruit for their founding team. They’re looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader (sometimes called Lead Early Years / Early Years Practitioner) to start training in July and work with children from September 2026.
The nursery ethos: It blends Montessori principles with Islamic values, creating a child‑centred environment that nurtures independence, curiosity, and compassion.
The role:
- Lead and manage the 3+ age group room
- Plan and deliver activities in line with EYFS & Montessori
- Support and mentor team members
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards
What’s needed:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (essential)
- Montessori diploma & Room Leader experience (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
