Day 4 completed. Although some started later so it is day 3 for them.

I have been WFH this week so that has made it easier.

Hello. I’m in Spain having moved from UK so it’s different for us this year. It’s not as cold and the fast is maybe just an hour longer than UK. I am alone with a 5 year old though and I’m finding my ‘burnout’ time hard. This is around 2/3pm when I’m very tired and sleep and even just half an hour nap helps but can’t get it. A consequence of not napping is feeling really sleep during taraweeh.

I'm starting a new job in April iA so I'm not working this Ramadan. The difference this makes! I am enjoying having the time this year to reflect, to pray unhurried, unlikely i will have this chance again for a long time.

That sounds lovely. It is great that you have the opportunity to make the most of it

I have found it easier since working hybrid. I find days at the office more tiring but home days much more manageable.
