What can I get to help my friend during Ramadan?

My friend will be fasting soon, I want to get them a gift before Ramadan starts. What’s good to get?

I was thinking practical maybe go to the shop and get some food shopping for them or like a wellness box with shower gel etc.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can get please ?
