Books, podcasts and journals for a new revert

Assalamu alaikum. I am a very new revert from Christianity and I have a great deal to learn. I am reading and listening to podcasts from Muslim sisters but I want to deepen my knowledge. I’m currently reading ‘From My Sisters’ Lips’ by Na’ima B Robert and listening to Yasmin Mogahed. I also find journaling and workbooks helpful, so all suggestions are gratefully received. I have a Muslim friend who is a great blessing but I am an hour from our nearest mosque. I’m grateful for the Muslim sisterhood here.

Hello. Assalamu alaikum. I was born to a muslim family but obtained understanding of Islam only a few years ago. Mufti Menk opened my eyes and helped me a lot in my journey. I regularly watch videos of a few scholars who are just amazing at explaining everything, from the Qur'an to hadith to faith in the modern world.

On Youtube, I suggest you look for Mufti Menk, Dr. Yasir Qadhi, Sheikh Nouman Ali Khan, and Dr. Omar Suleiman. There are other scholars who either have a channel or a podcast, but in my opinion these four are simply wonderful. Mufti Menk has a whole series about Stories of the Prophets which is supremely interesting, and Dr. Yasir Qadhi has one on Manners of the Believers. It's great stuff.

I journal a lot, and while I enjoy guided journals, I like the limited ones that feature duas or hadiths or Islamic quotes. I mostly get them from Amazon. This dua journal (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DZHFVB7J) and this guided journal (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0F29CH8KY) are two of my favourites, but there are others that you will find online.

Best of luck and may Allah look after you.

Walaykumasalam wa rahmatullaah
I found Belal Assads talks really helpful. There are also series like Names of Allaah, prophets stories by Tim Humble that are good too.
I remember being advised to check that my information is from the Qur’an and sunnah as there are people out there who do twist things.
