Can I ask about Islamic swimsuits?

I need to cover up completely from the sun, so wear rash vests, swim leggings and Islamic swimsuits. Islamic swimsuits are particularly helpful for me as I have a long body and the tunic tops prevent the problem of rash vests riding up above leggings to expose vulnerable skin.

I've come across this Islamic swimsuit with loose bottoms. What are loose leggings like to swim in, and are they easier to put back on than regular swim leggings if you need to go to the loo when they are wet?

This is the kind of thing I wear and I find it really comfortable (I also wear a standard suit with proper cup support underneath). The looser leggings do feel easier to take on and off when wet, I think. I've not had any particular difficulties swimming in these styles - I'm not doing anything high-level though, usually just playing or swimming widths in the pool with DC.

I usually wear a bikini or tankini underneath. Though not with my current tunic top, which has a bra shelf. Makes it very comfortable to wear and swim in, but extremely difficult to take off when wet, especially as it stretches about 6".

I'll be messing about in both pool and sea. I don't tend to wear the tunic top in the sea as I worry that, given the way it stretches and gets looser when wet, it might get pulled about by the waves and pull me about, or flap up in front of my face.

Hi @Dilbertian I'd imagine putting on a tight fitting leggings would be hard to pull back up. It reminds me of, I don't know if you've watched Friends or not, when Ross had trouble pulling up his leather trousers after using the bathroom. So I'd probably say the looser bottoms would be a lot easier to pull up.
