Has anyone used the Proms Planner yet?

What's the trick for accessing the plan once you've put something in it?

Has anyone had any success getting Proms tickets today ? dh couldn't access his planner, was 4000 and something in the queue, eventually got some tickets in the basket but then could pay and concert sold out. Seems the whole system ground to a halt. AARGH ....
