One night over xmas I couldnt sleep and put radio on, they were playing xmas songs and they played the one by Squeeze whihc I;d completely forgotten about and you never hear it = why? When i tried to hum it to DH (eighties pop expert/saddo) even he reckoned he couldnt remember it! It starts off 'Mary and Joseph.....' (I can hum the rest but not very helpful on here!) On about no room at the inn but with a modern twist, says they tried the hotels, the motels & the holiday inn. Chorus ends '...and not forgetting Jesus who was born on Xmas Dayay'. Someone tell me what it was called and why nobody plays it please.
