What gigs are you going to in the near future?

I've Deep Purple on the 11th, Motorhead on the 19th, Dio on the 21st and Alice Cooper on the 25th. I used to be a one or two gigs a year girl but no longer.
I'll have to hope that I win the lottery soon.

I saw Dizzee rascal last week and am off to see Basement Jaxx next month

MellonCollieMother · 06/11/2009 21:06

Muse next week!!

feedthegoat · 06/11/2009 21:12

I saw Reverend and the makers last week and might try and go with dh to see The Enemy next week as he has managed to blag tickets. That is if he hasn't already given his plus one away. He has gone with one of his mates to see Puressence tonight so it's a distinct possibility that might just ask him as we have no babysitter as yet!

lanismum · 06/11/2009 23:49

Am seeing them crooked vultures next month, cannot wait!

galletti · 06/11/2009 23:59

Mmm. Doesn't quite qualify as a gig, but Miley Cirus in December? With a nine year old. Am I forgiven?

Squishabelle · 07/11/2009 00:16

Kasabian and Muse next week.

LetThereBeRock · 07/11/2009 13:03

Miley Cyrus? Pitied certainly, I'm not so sure about forgiven.

memorylapse · 07/11/2009 13:46

Kasabian in 2 weeks

purepurple · 07/11/2009 13:53

I am going to see Public Image Limited with the mighty John Lydon next month.

LyraSilvertongue · 15/11/2009 21:32

Muse at Wembley Stadium next September (I don't actually have tickets yet but hopefully will have by Wednesday).
DP wants to get tickets for Editors, who I think are touring.
I've recently seen Biffy Clyro, Friendly Fires, The Big Pink and Muse.

BelfastBloke · 15/11/2009 21:48

Christmas isn't christmas without the Pogues

MatthewBellamysMuse · 18/11/2009 21:13

Just booked tickets to see Muse at Wembley Stadium and Old Trafford next September. Can't wait!

sfxmum · 18/11/2009 21:16

went to see Biffy last Thursday does that count? will probably find a couple more small ones before Christmas

shockers · 18/11/2009 21:27

Aw... I saw the Pogues at Christmas a couple of years ago. I shed a tear at 'Fairytale..'.

Paul Weller on 28/11

Snorbs · 18/11/2009 21:30

Cranes on Saturday! Wish I was seeing Muse, though...

MatthewBellamysMuse · 18/11/2009 22:25

Snorbs, general sale for Muse next September is on Friday. Fans pre-sale was today and the tickets didn't sell out that fast so you have a good chance on Friday. If the touts don't beat you to it.

MatthewBellamysMuse · 18/11/2009 22:27

Sfxmum, where did you see Biffy? I saw them at the Kentish Town Forum about a month ago. Pretty damn good.

SixtyFootDoll · 18/11/2009 22:29

Kasabian are fantastic.

Prosecco · 18/11/2009 22:29

Like galletti, Miley Cyrus also with a 9yr old

sfxmum · 18/11/2009 22:34

MBM at Brixton Academy MON THE BIFF

it was good loud fun (ignoring new songs)

MarthaFarquhar · 18/11/2009 22:54

Last night - Leon McCawley

This Saturday - Arctic Monkeys

trying to scrape together funds to see Doves in December, but not sure I can justify the spend that near to Christmas.

MatthewBellamysMuse · 18/11/2009 22:56

What's wrong with the new songs? I love That Golden Rule, The Captain and Mountain.

shockers · 19/11/2009 08:10

9 yr olds have a lot to answer for... the last band I saw was McFly with 3 9yr old boys

sfxmum · 19/11/2009 13:56

MBM just a matter of preference I like the earlier rougher ones but have to admit the new ones sound much better live far less polished
