Hi not sure if putting this question in right place but hey ho! Looking to get tickets for DD birthday for Disney Princess on Ice at Birmingham NIA. But not sure if upper tier or lower tier better. She will be 5 and want to see as much as poss. but can't shell out for front row tickets. Can anyone advise???
