Favourite Songs- how old were you when you first heard yours?

me- 7- Olivers Army by Elvis Costello, though I was 5 when it was released... heard it on holiday a couple of years later and fell in love with it. Discovered a lot of music since, but that's always been my number one...

I love Olivers Army too! I have loads of 'favourites' and is very hard to choose between them but if pushed I would say it is 'Sunday Morning' by the Velvet Underground and I was fairly late at about 17/18 I think. Still love it - would be one of my Desert Island Discs!

Ah Flame- I love that one too! I saw Ash 4 times at uni... those were the days
