clarinet recommendation please.....

can anyone please advise to which brand of clarnet to buy for a beginner please?

have seen rikter?virtuosi?melodic?

will be back later as am supposed to be resting but can't stop the few brain cells going into over drive(christmas pressie for dd)

My DD has a Yamaha which we got second hand. Would be around £170 new I think.

I had a buffet which was purchased through the council's music service. it was around £150 when my parents bought it, ooooh, about 15yrs ago

thanks- have looked at dd's hired clarinet and it is also a buffet- anymore suggestions?
even dh said has mn not come up with the answer yet?
really want to order by this weekend....[without having to take dd to a shop]

The Yamaha student model is very good. My daughter has one and we're pretty happy with it.

The school instruments are Buffet and Jupiter; both are also good makes.
