Is there a moral reason why I shouldn't buy from Tescos Jersey?

I mean I don't download stuff (DVD's/CD's) without paying as I feel the artist should be recognised
But is no VAT a moral issue?

No! It isn't IMHO, there is no good reason to pay it on items like this.

Half the DVD"s on Amazon come from Jersey - but you don't realise until you've been through the checkout.

Freind does this all the time for DVDs I don't buy stuff like this but would go for the cheapest leagal option if I did.
