Singalong CD recommendations needed

Hi, my 5 month old loves being sung to and the only way I can find to get things done is to put a nursery rhyme cd on and sing along - works a treat, but I'm getting a bit bored of the ones we have! Looking for recommendations. There are lots on Amazon, but they don't list the songs. I'd like some that are maybe a bit less nursery rhyme and a bit more songs like Puff the Magic Dragon, Daisy, Daisy and various songs I remember from years ago! Or maybe something not aimed at children, but easy to sing along to...

In case anyone is interested we have two Woolworths Value CDs - Let's Move which is a good selection and Singalong Classics (100 songs for £2 - bargain!) - but slightly odd selection - Auld Lang Syne etc. Both slightly irritating, but I can live with that!

Have seen one in a catalogue that you get your child's name put into the songs either Yellow Moon, Letterbox,GLTC or the likes.

try babytv's channel or website they have lots of children's songs.
the website has karaoke-like children's songs

Hi ladies, this seems to be a common problem - some of those nursery rhyme CDs are so annoying! My 6-month and 2 year old love these CDs by mrmylesmusic.co.uk they're really fun songs, not computer generated like some you hear, and also my sister really likes them so they probably won't drive you mad! You can get yor child's name written on the CD too, and they're really nicely illustrated. Actually, if you don't want the whole CD I think you can buy mp3s too... happy listening!

Why not do as I once did? Sing your fav songs onto a tape yourself, your own lovely voice, they love it!
