I run most days and am a bit tired of the songs I have on my mp3. Any suggestions for me? Any era any genre - with a good beat to keep me from flagging

I like pop/80's stuff - up temop stuff that you sing along happily to and it has to be loud!

I downloaded 'improve your endurance' thing from i-tunes which is really good. There's about 40mins worth of tracks and you can listen with or without a trainer egging you on.

I generally hate running to music but do like:

Moby - lift me up
Bryan Adams - run to you
Da Rude - Sandstorm

Bryan Adams sounds good. Put some Annie Lennox on yesterday and it was great - old Eurythmics and some newer stuff, was great.
