DS2 is going to V in August, & following a recommendation from Saggar, in April I bought him a paint-your-own festival tent from Millets (they sold them in-store last year, they don't have them this year but they were on clearance in April so it was only £30, not £60, woo-hoo)
It's been in his cupboard since then but tonight he went to his friends's house to put it up and paint it and it was ALREADY PAINTED, WITH GLASTONBURY 2007 STUFF (They are sooo disappointed, they are big Travis fans & were going to do a Selfish Gene theme)
Can you believe that
a) someone bottled out of Glasto 2007 completely (DS2 says the tent is unused)
b) they would then have the balls to take a painted paint-your-own tent back for a refund &
c) that Millets, seeing a box that was obviously resealed, wouldn't check the contents???
I have emailed asking for a replacement but I'm not holding my breath
