I'm just watching this now on Iplayer.

But I just find Chris Martin so irritating now that I can't enjoy them any more! He's just such a geek in rock star's clothing, it just somehow is so wrong. And I loved some of their earlier work! But the little jackets and the terrible At Piano Dancing which should be banned, it's too much. Just stop. it's all too earnest somehow.

also the clowning around which isn't funny.....

think the new stuff sounds like a phil colins tribute act, never a sound you should aim for imo

You know Chris Martin reminds me of a trainee vicar, trying too hard to be hip. It's just somehow tragic.

And always singing beyond his upper range!

But still like some of the old songs but not when you can see him rutting his keyboard in that vile way!!
