Anyone else trying to buy Radiohead Tickets and getting 'restricted access' messages?

Followed all instructions then when I got throught the waiting room I got this message:

We are sorry, your access has been restricted
Time: 2025-09-12T09:27:36.1572675Z UTC

  • Avoid any actions that might obscure or hide your IP address. The use of proxies, VPNs, or other methods to conceal your real IP could trigger security measures and result in blocked access.
  • If you are using an Apple device, disable your iCloud Private Relay feature and try again. On your device, go to Settings -> [your name] > iCloud > Private Relay, then tap on "Turn Off Private Relay".
  • Turn off your privacy network feature (like Zscaler etc.) and try connecting directly to the internet.

Turned off all privacy settings on my mac but still getting the same message. Anyone found a workaround? I guess it's too late but I'm so disappointed.

That was an extremely painful experience. I've never received so many error messages at every step of the process.

Not being able to buy 2 tickets in a row of 3 remaining. Not being allowed to buy on different rows. Adding to basket and being told the tickets didn't exist anymore.

The only thing that worked was abandoning laptop, using phone, turning off wifi and relying on our rubbish 4G.

That was so stressful! I'd never bought tickets before but the two that needed them were at school and in a meeting - I kept being accused of being a bot aaaaaaagh. If I hadn't been fumble fingers I'd have got standing tickets, I was in quite early... Won't tell my son that. Hey ho, I got tickets, better than nothing!

I just tried several times from the same device then eventually from another one, having cleared cookies etc. All (paranoid) Android though, not Mac.

Got there eventually by tethering my iPad to my phone.

i got through to the site eventually - any vpn stuff had been off from the second attempt but it only worked on about the 12th go by which time everything was sold out 😭 So disappointing

I was the same OP, did everything to the letter, but got booted out over and over again, and when I finally got through to the ticket selection, there was nothing left. So disappointing.

We didn’t have a code but last time I tried for a big gig, it wouldn’t sell me two of three remaining seats in a row. But hey, here’s a single you can buy instead. 🤦‍♀️

It did that to me as well this time. But with the added twist of EVEN WHEN I LEFT TWO SEATS ON A ROW.

I have no idea how anyone bought anything. It felt like some kind of virtual reality test from Black Mirror.
