Coldplay Infinity ticket ID query

I was really fortunate to get a pair of Infinity tickets for my Coldplay-obsessed daughter. I'd like her to go with her dad, but everything online about Infinity tickets says they are strictly non-transferrable and must be collected with a matching photo ID. The tickets were bought in my name. My husband has the same address and surname as me and a credit card for the same account with the same card number. He thinks he will be fine to collect the tickets but I am anxious they will get all the way there and be turned away, which would be so disappointing for my daughter. Does anyone have any experience of this?! I tried contacting Ticketmaster about it but just got some kind of generic possibly AI reply.

You can speak to a person at Ticketmaster. I did with a query about tickets not long ago. Looking at my email history it looks like I emailed [email protected].

Thank you for your reply. I did message them about it a few months ago but didn't feel I received a satisfactory answer. They said if I couldn't collect myself then I could give the person a letter of authorisation to collect on my behalf, but I wasn't sure they had understood the specific terms of an infinity ticket, and felt I had received a generic answer from an FAQ section.
