I have paid a deposit for the Encore Music Course in Wells, and since then I have heard of two separate bad experiences from other Mums. They don't know each other, making me worried that it's not just a one-off! I can't get my deposit back. I would just accept that the course isn't going to be what I want and I have at least got childcare sorted for a couple of weeks if nothing else, but some of the feedback concerned safety.... the daughter of the people running it was a bully to some of the younger girls and was also the lifeguard for swimming, but was drinking and there was a serious near miss which she covered up. Luckily another child prevented a child drowning. I can tell my daughter that she can't go swimming, but can't stop her being bullied if this girl doesn't like her. Anyone had an experience of this course! Either good or bad.
