O2 arena app ticket help!!

Purchased tickets today for an event in June. Fully aware that I wouldn't be able to download them until much nearer the time, but in the app there is nothing there to say that I have got these tickets. No upcoming events, no tickets, no orders, nothing. Is this normal? Purchased them from See Tickets but used same email and linked account but nothing. Any help would be so appreciated!!

Have you had a confirmation email for the ticket order?

That's what I was going to ask @PullTheBricksDown ! So long as you've had the confirmation email OP you'll be fine. Nothing will appear in the App until much nearer the time

I've had the confirmation email from See Tickets with an order number etc. it's because it's at an O2 academy that this is an issue. Will that be fine then?

I think it'll be fine. I went to a gig the other week and had bought the tickets months ago - didn't show in the app till 2 days before.
