What? I loved country music and I loved this album! How can they snub it?

Incredible album, but they were always going to do this.

At least one country radio station refused to play it full stop.

Covering Jolene did not make it a country album.

It's because she's black

Country music has some incredible artists involved in it and I do think they see through the noise and give credit to even very popular artists who cross the boundary between pop and country (like Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus) I am just not sure that Beyonce has hit the mark
