Ticketmaster Help: invalid postcode

Hi all, I am trying to register for the Eras tour in Dublin. It says I have to create an account for Ticketmaster, which I didn't have previously. It had a box for postcode/eircode. I put mine in and it said it was invalid etc. I tried postcode and the county, country, 000, '''', etc but nothing worked. Does anyone know what to do?

Did you try without a space eg KT136EB rather than KT13 6EB

Do you live in a new build?
DD took about a year to have her postcode accepted when she moved into a brand new flat.

This was me yesterday! Bizarrely it worked when I used lowercase letters.
