Accessible Seating at Gigs

I've been to thousands of gigs but never have I tried to get accessible seating!

How do I go about this? Do I book tickets as normal online, or do I need to ring the venue? How many seats am I allowed?

Basically I'm hoping to see Taylor Swift and due to a physical disability I can't stand for the 3.5hrs of her show.

Thanks so much.

I know for the London shows at least, the accessible tickets are being sold through Wembley direct. You need to email your DLA/Pip letter to the them in advance so they can set up an accessibility account for you. The email address is on their website.

Accessible tickets go so quickly, but obviously Wembley is mostly seated as standard anyway, so you wouldn't have to go accessible to get a seat. Although, given the normal registration process doesn't even guarantee a link to the sale, I think chances of getting any ticket are slim to none.
