Hi
Hardcore Bjork fan (sorry) I haven't lisened to the full album Fossora yet but I'm completely in awe of the singles released so far
Ancestress - oh my god I think I've watched it 50 times what a magical mantra, encapsulates so many things all spiritual and earthy..I havent lost my mother yet but have seen and heard others loss and people get lost and don't know what to do with their grief
and feel and see and sense things that bring them home maybe (I don't know)
I love Ovule - I love it when she says "merge even deeper" for some reason I hear this as a song rather than poetry as I've come to understand the rest of her album released so far - I've played that about 35 times
I have just heard tonight sorrowful soil with lyrics dancing all over each other, this is nothing like I've ever heard before it makes me feel emotional when she stutters "did" I feel like this needs to be played in a church with echoes or a cave all bouncing off each other reverberating.. I need a sound techy person to help me listen to this in the best way (I'll ask my dad) :)
Is anyone else paying attention to this new album or am I the ultimate geek
