Help me find a choral song for a christening - unaccompanied soprano

Hello!

I have a lovely friend who is going to sing at our daughter's christening - she's a soprano and amazing. There's no accompaniment.

Please can you musical people suggest something for her to sing? Ave Maria has been mentioned. I usually love requiems but feels a bit depressing for a christening.

I'm after something pastoral, joyful, ethereal ...also the sort of thing that will create goosebumps! The church has the loveliest acoustics.

Thank you Smile

is lovely. It is usually done accompanied though - would an audio-recording of an accompaniment be acceptable?

The lord bless you and keep you is a nice suggestion from PP.
For the beauty of the earth (John Rutter arrangement)
