Beginner guitar help please

My DS (7) has started guitar lessons so I need to get him a guitar. Consensus seems to be a 3/4 size nylon string. Does anyone have any recommendations please. Happy to spend up to £150 or so.

I bought this for DD when she was 10. She is s now 13 and uses it every day. Her teacher says it has a brilliant tone for the money. Don't know if they do a 3/4 size, but I have recommended it to friends who have also been pleased.
