DD is about to take grade 5 flute after which she's going to need the next step up flute. She intends to continue playing up to grade 8 (and possibly beyond) and for fun after that.
I realise the next flute is going to cost £000s rather than £00s and that she'll need to take advice from her tutor and our rather marvellous service/repair/all rounder chap but at the moment she's looking at closed holes with the option for open as she progresses.
I was just wondering what other people have as their next step flute although we'll probably skip next step and go straight to intermediate.
