I have a DS age 9 who has been been learning guitar at school for a couple of years now but with very slow progress. He only has one 30 minute lesson a week and his practice has been erratic. He has expressed an Interest in committing more time to guitar but I feel the teacher at school can’t give him the time and attention he needs. He passed his Grade 1 exam but I am looking for someone who can take over from his school teacher and help him develop his love for the instrument and progress through higher grades. If you know of any teachers that have experience with children and the ABSRM exams, please let me know. Thank you!
