I absolutely love love love, I mean like, binge-play 10 times a day, a few Dirty Projectors songs, especially: 'Two Doves', 'Swing lo Magellan', 'My offwhite flag' and 'gun has no trigger".
The rest of their stuff I've heard so far.... uggggh! Leaves me totally cold and sometimes actually repelled! Wanky indulgent unmelodic frat boy lyrical nonsense...
No other band does this for me, I'm an all or nothing gal generally.
