Am having a wallow in it day which will be followed by a get on with it day ...
So today I'm mostly listening to Dr Hooks "I don't want to be alone tonight" and tomorrow will start the day with Whitneys "it's not right but it's okay"
Your inputt into my music choices much appreciated ta x

Last night I dreamt
That somebody loved me
No hope, but no harm
Just another false alarm

Any of Leonard Cohen's early songs.

MuslinSuit · 20/02/2012 11:05

Everybody Hurts - REM

In fact the whole Automatic for the People album.

Labootin · 20/02/2012 11:06

ColdplAy. ..mainly because it's whiney shit though

Hassled · 20/02/2012 11:09

My DH's playlists. All of it. The Wedding Present sticks in my mind as being especially tortuous, but DH only seems to like music if it's angsty indie bollocks.

When I was splitting with Ex-H I spent a lot of time listening to KD Lang. I love her, but she does encourage misery.

MuslinSuit · 20/02/2012 11:11

Ooh Beverley Craven.

'Promise me, you'll wait for me,
Cos I'll be saving all my love for you
And I'll be home soon
Promise me you'll wait for me
I need to know you feel the same way too
I'll be home, I'll be home soon'

She was on Come Dine With Me singing for the guests - mates with one of the contestants apparently

shaketheshame · 20/02/2012 11:12

I'll always love you
Bedshape - Keane

There are the 2 I have in mind at the moment but will come back..I used to listen a lots of misery song when I was a teen, making myself miserable was a leisure !

Hassled, I think I am quite fancying your DH! Used to love the Wedding Present and lost of other indie jangly guitar stuff like that. :)
